According to paragraph 88. of the OPP are:
teachers:
2 (two) times a calendar year – free of charge;
teachers applying for early certification 1 (one) once during a calendar year – free of charge;
candidates without experience, with technical and professional, higher and/or postgraduate education, persons wishing to resume teaching activities:
2 (two) times during a calendar year – free of charge;
heads of educational organizations, methodological offices (centers) 4 (four) times a calendar year – free of charge;
